Shipping policy
We deliver to the United Kingdom and Australia. This page explains our delivery charges and how long your order is likely to take to arrive.
Delivery charges
- United Kingdom: free standard delivery on orders over £50. For orders under £50, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Australia: the delivery charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: usually 4 to 6 working days.
- Australia: usually 6 to 13 working days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries can occasionally take longer during busy periods, bad weather or courier delays.
How your order is sent
Our products are dispatched from our fulfilment partners. If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will not be charged extra when this happens.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an email confirming your order once it has been placed. Where tracking is available for your parcel, we will email you the details once it has been dispatched.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Customs and import charges
Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay for your order. If your local customs authority applies any unexpected charge on delivery, please contact us before paying it and we will help.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the delivery times above, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will put it right.
