1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Lioshan website and to any order you place with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Our products

We sell non-electric comfort and support products for the back, neck, knees and feet. We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately, but colours may appear slightly different on your screen and small variations in size or finish may occur. Our products are designed for everyday comfort and support and are not medical devices or a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. Your order is accepted when it is dispatched. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if we are unable to deliver to your address.

5. Discounts and offers

Quantity discounts and other offers apply automatically at checkout where shown and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change or end an offer at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom and Australia. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you once they are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Returns and refunds

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation. All content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to Lioshan or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, severe weather or supplier issues. If this happens, we will contact you and do our best to minimise the effect.
